Orthodontics

Straightening teeth and correcting the bite, for teenagers and adults.

Crowded, gapped or misaligned teeth are harder to clean and can wear unevenly. Orthodontic treatment moves them into a better position over time.

The consultation is where we look at what is going on and whether treatment is worth it for you. Not every crooked tooth needs straightening.

What to expect

  1. A consultation with photos and X-rays to see how the teeth and jaws line up.
  2. A treatment plan with an estimated timeline.
  3. Regular adjustment visits, typically every four to eight weeks.

Cost and insurance

Some plans include an orthodontic benefit, usually with a lifetime maximum. Call with your plan details and we will check.

Common questions

Am I too old for braces?

No. Adults are treated routinely. Healthy teeth and gums matter more than age.

How long does treatment take?

It depends on how much movement is needed. Most cases run between one and two years.
