Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to find our offices, see our hours and call us, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

What we aim for

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and work to keep the site accessible. If you have trouble using any part of it, call either office and we'll help.

In practice that means:

  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, and the element you are on is always visible.
  • Text and controls meet the contrast levels the guidelines require.
  • Every photograph has a written description.
  • Headings, lists and landmarks are real HTML, so screen readers can move through a page by structure.
  • Text can be enlarged to 200% without anything breaking or overlapping.
  • Nothing flashes, and animation is switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Phone numbers are links, so one tap places the call.

Third-party content

Office pages include an embedded Google Map. Google controls that map's accessibility; the address and a "Get directions" link are always provided as text alongside it.

If something is not working

Tell us. Call either office — the numbers are at the bottom of every page — and say what page you were on and what happened. We will fix what we can and give you the information another way in the meantime.
